6 slices prosciutto, diced and crisped
12 dried mission figs, quartered
12 c. Mixed baby greens
4 oz. Gorgonzola, crumbled
1/4 c. Toasted sliced almonds
Dressing
1/4 c. White balsamic vinegar
2 T. Honey
1 t. Dijon mustard
Pinch of Salt and Pepper 1/4 c. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
