Thanks Cooks Illustrated for this! Be sure to brine the chicken legs. We equally like the barbecue and the jerk. Time and Temp on Big Green Egg: Indirect with plate setter at 350 degrees for about an hour, turning once. Time and Temp on the Holland Grill: 1 hour turning once.
