Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Arrange chicken pieces ( I use boneless, skinless breasts, or a cut-up chicken) in a 9x3 inch pan (spray w/cooking spray).
Lay swiss cheese slices over top of chicken
Mix together until smooth: 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1/4 cup of milk. Pour over chicken.
Mix together 2 cups crushed (Pepperidge Farm) herb-seasoned stuffing mix and 1/ cup of butter. Sprinkle over top.
Cover with foil and bake about 1 hour.
Great with steamed green beans.
